Goodwin house is located in the heart of Lowestoft, just a short walk from the mainline train station.

The property is yards away from the sandy beaches, just 2 minutes walk and a 15 - 20 minute walk from the high street. With good amenities, Lowestoft is a fantastic base for touring East Anglia.

Whether you are looking for accommodation for two persons or a larger group, we are more than happy to cater for your stay. We cater for couples, families and corporate guests. Prices are based on the number of people booked and beds would be made up for the number of people booked.

Accommodation:

Goodwin house is a very large property with high ceilings and large rooms. This is a 4 bedroom property but if you are a couple you can book and we would only make the one bed up. The house has one main bathroom and one bedroom with an en-suite (no bunk beds). The house has a large entrance hall with a lounge and a large kitchen/diner at the end of the hallway. Upstairs we have a main bathroom three piece white suite, and one en-suite. To the rear of the property is a courtyard style garden.

The house is ideal for any family with convenience stores just around the corner for food shopping. The seafront is just up the road where there are many cafes, restaurants and takeaways at your feet. 15 minutes walk along Marine Parade is the High Street where the mainline train station can take you across to Norwich within the hour.

*Preferably* the property is let from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival at 16:00 and departure at 10:00 (Unless by special arrangement).

Bed linen and towels are provided. for the number of guests booked. Other beds have just a throw over the top.

Gas & electric as follows. Heating-From 1/10 till 31/3 heating will be on from 7 am till 10 am and 4.30 pm till 10 pm and set at 19 degrees. The rest of the time the heating will be off. If guests require adjustments to the heating additional charges will be made and paid to the host prior to being adjusted. A deposit will be charged to pay for this and will be adjusted when guests leave.
