This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 people and is located in the center of Monopoli in Puglia, in a reserved and quiet area. The property is located on the fifth floor of a silent building (elevator available) in a strategic point, just 100 meters from the old town and the beaches of Monopoli, in a quiet area where you can easely park your car.

A due passi dal Mare offers the opportunity to enjoy a stay under the sign of nature, fun and culture: all distances are within easy reach. The historic center of Polignano, the Trulli of Alberobello or the Sassi of Matera are just a few kilometers from you. This professional holiday home has been completely renovated to offer all the comforts of a modern home, it stretches out on one level and offers two balconies, one with sea view and the other towards the hills.
