A newly refurbished 17th century fisherman's cottage on The Parade in Parkgate with exposed beams. Reeds Cottage has beautiful views over The Dee Estuary looking out over Wales.The cottage has 2 Kingsize bedrooms with the fabulous views, the second bedroom has the facility to be a twin room upon request.

Although the cottage is in a quiet spot it is within easy walking distance of all of Parkgate's amenities which include 5 pubs/bars; 2 Ice Cream shops one of which is county renowned; 2 coffee bars; a tea shop and 6 restaurants (3 of which are in the pubs,) but of the others there are No1 Mostyn Square, Chows a brilliant Chinese restaurant and Britannia Spice an award winning Indian. Not to mention the award winning Fish and Chip takeaway and eatery. anyone who wanted to eat and drink would not need a car.

We are in addition less than half an hour away by car from Chester and Liverpool. There is a train station that serves both of these places less than 5 minutes drive away, bus routes available to both from The Parade.

There is also a very nice cricket ground at the far end of The Parade which hosts Minor Counties cricket, if anyone wishes to watch the cricket during the summer months.

Parkgate attracts Birdwatchers from far and wide, walkers taking in the Wirral Way which is also part of the Cheshire cycle path for recreational cycling.

There are numerous decent golf courses and of course Royal Liverpool Golf Club which is on The Open rota and which will host the Walker Cup in 2019. All within 20 minutes driving distance.
