Melsavandy has been my famiy home since 2000. It is well maintained and has a new kitchen with all modern conviniences. This is a 3 bed house but one room is locked for owners personal use. A day bed is available in the sitting area.
The House is situated on a complex of 40 other houses mostly owner occupied and some used as a second homes.
The complex is on the main road to Faros lighthouse and opposite a secluded, sandy beach with wave breakers approximately 150 meters away. This beach now boasts a kiosk and sunbeds.
Plenty of outdoor space and sunbeds and seating areas.
All linens and towels are new and supplied free of charge.
A welcome basket is supplied free of charge.
Beautiful new furnishings, sofa, and beds.
