Villa Ocean Breeze is an immaculately presented luxury detached three-bedroom villa with private heated pool (daily fee of 45 Euros charged separately for pool heater) offering panoramic Mediterranean sea and mountain views. The villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard providing a range of modern conveniences. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on an elevated plot above the popular village of Peyia with its wide variety of local amenities. The beautiful sandy beaches of Coral Bay and the archaeological sites of Paphos only a short drive away. A major highlight are the spectacular unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain views which are breathtaking and can be enjoyed from both the garden and upper balcony - ideal places to enjoy the cool summer ocean breeze and sundowners.

We have a Property Manager looking after the property who will provide assistance when required. Gillian and Bharat are the Owners of the Villa. We are both UK nationals. We love Cyprus and especially Paphos. Being located in Peyia is ideal as you are close enough to all the amenities and attractions whilst being secluded. The main attraction of the Villa is the amazing outdoor space with private pool and truly spectacular panoramic sea and mountain views.

Hi Gillian. Thank you for your review and saying the villa is beautiful with stunning views. Sorry to learn that you had difficulties with the road up to the villa. As discussed at the time, I was very surprised to hear this. We have had many guests over the years and you are the first one to report such problems. Previous guests have hired a range of cars, some with smaller engine sizes than yours and even large people carriers, and they have not experienced any problems. Once again, surprised that your manual car had problems as a manual car will keep you in 1st gear longer to get you up any hills. The road up to the villa from the village is not as bad as you suggest. Whilst there are no barriers, the road is a 2 car width road unless cars are parked on the roadside. You certainly do not need to be a confident driver to drive on this road. The benefit of being high affords the villa its spectacular views. Nice to hear our lovely neighbour was so helpful. Thanks Bharat & Gillian

Thank you for such a lovely review and we're so glad you liked the Villa. Not a necessity for a 4x4 to get to the Villa as roads, whilst quite steep in areas, are all tarmarced and we've had no problems with a small car. Unfortunately, with the poor Euro Pound rate at the moment, prices may seem a little high but generally cheaper. We look forward to welcoming you again to Villa Ocean Breeze.
