Our Villa is situated on the quiet but convenient location of Parque Del Rey and provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to to enjoy your holiday to the full. The villa is fully equiped inside and the patio has a table & chairs, covered pergola ( for addition shade ) and a heated pool to allow you to make maximum use of the sunny weather that Lanzarote is known for. Outdoor lighting is provided for those that enjoy evening BBQs and just relaxing in the evenings over a glass of wine or what ever takes your fancy.

Free WiFi is now provided.

Air conditioning is available to both bedrooms via coin box.

THE PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY,WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUNG CHILDREN.

Please ensure that you take out adequate travel insurance to suit your needs before your holiday including covid 19 cover and cancellation cover.

Rates shown are for 2 adults unless advised otherwise by our reply email to your enquiry.

The pool is electricaly heated between November and April and the solar pool cover provides the warm water for the rest of the year
