Notes on accommodation: The villa is a few minutes walk from supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, bus service and taxi rank. A few minutes walk from Playa Dorada, a white sandy beach with a beautiful view over to Fuerteventura. The villa is furnished and maintained to a high standard . Outside: Casa Emily has private off-road parking at the front of the house for 2 cars. There is a large terrace to the back of the house with a heated swimming pool,table/6 chairs and parasol,6 sun loungers,snooker table, BBQ with work table to the side. There is a large summer house with glass sliding doors which has a large dining table and 6 chairs,a chill-out area with wicker sofa and 2 chairs,plus coffee table and standard lamp. To the back of the Summer House is an exercise area. Utility Room: Which is off the right of the kitchen, washing machine, laundry basket, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen , beach towels/towels are included and changed weekly. All bath towels changed mid week (not beach) The pool is cleaned weekly (mid week if necessary) and the garden/pool areas are regularly maintained.
