On the ground floor there is a large living room with bathroom and fully equipped
kitchen
including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer,
kettle, oven and everything you need to cook.
TV with Sky premium in all languages and WiFi with optical fiber.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the main bedroom with a
private bathroom complete with a bathtub
hydromassage. On the same floor there is another bathroom with shower and there are
2 double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed

Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.
For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100.00 euros for the change
lock.
In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be € 60.00.

You can walk to several bars, small supermarket, restaurant,
greengrocer, hairdresser, veterinarian, butcher.
To go to the beach we recommend renting a car and in 2 km you can reach it
the Duque or Fañabe beach. At 800 m you will find
the Gransur shopping center with shops, restaurants and cinemas.
IMPORTANT: We work with the best laundry on the island, all our linen is treated with oxygen, sanitized and checked by
the laboratories.
