Close to a sandy beach in a rural setting with stunning coastal views. Seaside Holiday Cottage is a comfortable dwelling of rustic charm, peace and beauty. At the turn of the century, the residence of the village schoolmaster and today a place to escape and unwind. The cottage has sea views and a large private garden. Placed in the heart of the hamlet of Porthpean in a beautiful rural setting, yet minutes from the beach & amenities.

The cottage has been tastefully renovated. Ground floor - Kitchen, separate utility room, lounge, bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a separate downstairs loo. Upstairs there are three bedrooms plus another toilet. Outside is a large decked area with a family-sized patio table and a large lawned garden.

The cottage has beautiful sea views from all the windows, a country garden and a deck to dine alfresco. Buzzards circle overhead, house martins nest next to the bedroom window, and rabbits, cows or sheep adjoin in the field.

Within five minutes, you can walk through the field onto the cliff path towards Blackhead with beautiful coast views. The cottage is adjacent to an area designated to be of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A sailing club meets at the beach, and within walking distance, there is an eighteen-hole golf course. You can relax all week on the deck enjoying the view or explore the wonders of Cornwall and use the cottage as a peaceful haven to return to.

A relaxing break

Fully enjoyed our visit to this cottage. Great views and only 5 mins away from the beach. Everything inside was clean and well presented. The owner was also very friendly. I would recommend to others
