The 'Stables' cottage is set in the grounds of the owners home adjoining the once Victorian preparatory school. The cottage sleeps 5 with ample room for a cot.

Recently renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, the 'Stables' benefits from its own spacious private courtyard and has been awarded '5 Star' by Visit Wales.

With slate and oak floors a reclaimed king size oak bed in the master bedroom with a Smart T.V and three single oak beds in the second bedroom.

A modern downstairs bathroom with slate floor, consisting of bath, sink, WC and a double walk in shower with drencher shower head. Also an upstairs w.c.

The cosy lounge has parquet floor, bespoke wooden window shutters, ample comfy seating and for your entertainment there is a large Smart TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth/NFC, CD player/radio. A good selection of books, maps and DVDs are also available within the cottage.

Access and views of the private courtyard are available through large tilt and slide patio doors.

Within the dining area there sits a large beech table with seating for six people thus allowing guests the opportunity to relax, dine and plan the activities of the day ahead

Guests have the opportunity to explore the Snowdonia National Park, the North Wales coast or historic local towns such as Chester & Denbigh all within a thirty minute drive. Uniquely sited with its "shield" of hills and mountains, Prestatyn boasts a distinctly favourable climate all of its own.

Well behaved dogs are welcome (2 Max) but are not allowed to be left in the cottage alone. There are dog day care centres nearby, please ask for further details.
