Overviewing the old Puerto del Carmen's harbor and beautiful view of the sea, it offers an excellent location to spend some relaxing days. Fantastically situated, normally there is public parking places free of charge in the roundabouts. Also near restaurants and shops and beautiful walks next to the sea. It is near the airport and within few minutes distance of the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen.

The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with panoramic glass balcony. It also has a community pool . This apartment is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy a quiet stay on the island with the sense of feeling at home.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, squeezer, coffe maker and a water heater. It also has an iron, hairdryer and some international TV channels. Clean towels are provided. Wifi access is also available.

The panoramic view from the glass balcony is beautiful, but we would like to remind you there is no terrace. However there is a little community pool with sunbeds and tables where you can sit and relax.

There is no safe in the appartment.

The check in process is with instructions sent through this platform, giving the exact address and the code to access a lock at the door of the appartment. Please check if you are arriving or departing outside the standard check in time or check out time with the owner.

Please bear in mind that check-in time is 15:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 P.M.

Beatriz was a great help before and after we arrived

Missed not having a balcony but we new that when we booked. Great views of the harbour and amazing cliff walk would go there again.
