Cocina independiente con barra americana, toda equipada y con cafetera nespresso, Salón comedor con sofá cama TV smart TV con acesso a Netflix gratuito y salida a terraza de 18 metros con salida directa a zona comunitaria con jardin y dos piscinas (temporada alta) (una infantil ) todo un lujo e ideal para niños. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor por conductos.

Dormitorio principal para 2 adultos con cama grande de 1,60 y colchón nuevo a estrenar y TV . Dormitorio 2 con 4 camas . Zona de facil aparcamiento pero si necesita garaje comsultar disponibilidad.

A 500 metros de la playa, parada de autobús a 50 metros con parada en port aventura y Ferrari land en 4 minutos.

Solo se alquila a familias no a grupos de jóvenes.

immaculate and beautiful apartment home from home

We stayed here in may the apartment was clean modern and had everything you would need including netflix which was an added bonus it was home from home there is a park near by as well as a supermarket… More

We loved everything about this apartment. Really well furnished, right beside the pool and convenient to all the parks and the beach.
