The house we describe is called Agua. We wanted that from the inside you can comfortably enjoy the nature that surrounds us. The trees, the wind, the lake, the birds, the rain, the snow and the sun. The Patagonian cold and the summer heat. It is located in Circuito Chico, 20 km from the center of the city of Bariloche and 4 km from Llao Llao. It sits on the isthmus of the Peninsula of San Pedro, which gives a wonderful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Agua is a house equipped for six people. It's two floors. Through the front door you enter the living room, a spacious and bright room that has two very comfortable armchairs (one of them double sofa bed) and Smart TV 50¨. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. It has a built-in grill to the kitchen and a great view. Iron and ironing board. Toilette bathroom upstairs. The staircase leads to the ground floor. A spacious hallway with an iron stove connects the two bedrooms and the master bathroom. The main room, with direct access to the outside, overlooks the garden and the pond. Has a king bed, wardrobe / closet with two bodies and safe. The second room can be assembled according to the needs of the group that visits us. One of the options is bunk beds plus a bed that is pulled down and a box spring, ideal for 4 children or young people. Another option is two single bed bases and the third one a double bed. All equipped with excellent mattresses and quality linen. It has a travel cot. The main bathroom is spacious and with a bathtub. It has a hair dryer. The heating is of radiant earthenware and has a wood stove of back up. It has alarm, Wi Fi and Direct TV. The paintings that decorate the house are all original. It has parking for two cars. The garden allows privacy, has a barbecue with a comfortable countertop, outdoor table and a covered wood tree. A pond that collects rainwater and attracts birds finishes harmonizing the outside.
