Privately owned spacious modern 6 berth caravan on Green Lawns - at Seal Bay formally Bunn Leisure Holiday Park. Only a 3 min walk to either the Brand-new Whitehorse complex or Viking Club. Fab entertainment for the whole family, or just a relaxing time away.

Large Veranda with garden furniture for outdoor space/ alfresco dining. All on a secluded pitch.

Fully Equipped Kitchen. Free Wi-Fi - 46 Inch TV with Free view, CDs, DVDs, Games and books.

Please let us know if you require bedding or if you are bringing your own. we do NOT supply towels, but we do supply complimentary Tea Coffee and sugar.

Gas central heating and double Glazing for the more chillier periods .Which usage in the price if used within reason .

The whole van will be yours to enjoy and veranda and the little outside nook with a picnic table for nice summer days sunbathing .

Only 3 minutes walk away, The White Horse is the upcoming area of the Bunn Leisure site. The new entertainment complex features an Riviera style outdoor pool, Bowling Lane Bars, restaurants and a 1000+ seat Entertainment club Featuring Excellent Entertainment. Whilst West Sands Complex is only a courtesy bus ride away. with indoor Oasis pool and Entertainment facilities. Also on Green lawns itself, there is the lively Viking bar and club.

We cannot take bookings for same-sex groups.

Entertainment passes are not included in our prices, but these can be purchased once you have received your confirmation email, from Seal Bay.

The surrounding areas around Selsey are beautiful , lots of lovely walks , Pagham Harbour , Church Norton , it also has two golf clubs and a bird sanctuary . Whittering beach is a short drive away , as is Portsmouth or Arundel .The site itself has a lot to offer ,including indoor swimming pool And outdoor pool (seasonal ) there is also the beach, and play areas dotted around for the kids. The team stars are fantastic and always a good show on in one or two of the three main clubs .

Very nice caravan. Would stay again good location all you need is withing walking distance. Great spot. Club house in walking distance. Swings nearby. Swimming pool is great
