Situated in the ever-popular coastal town of Sheringham this beautiful, traditional period brick and flint cottage stone’s throw from the sea recently refurbished to a very high standard. Sheringham is a thriving seaside resort that has something to offer all year round. golf, sea fishing, the beach, leisure centre, its own Little Theatre and the National Trust's Sheringham Park are just some of the local attractions, with tennis and squash available in nearby Cromer. This is also a great part of the coast to explore for nature lovers, ornithologists and walkers alike, with the national coastal path close by, the bird centre at Cley-next-the-Sea and the seal colony at Blakeney Point. The famous Poppy Line Railway will take you to the lovely town of Holt with its mix of art galleries, shops, cafes and pubs.

As you stroll up the garden path and open the front door, you are instantly made to feel at home, the property' stylish and comfortable, yet tasteful decor in neutral tones and elegant wallpapers throughout with a carefully selected mix of vintage and modern furniture creating a great contrast throughout the home. Entering into the wonderful hallway space where you can kick off your shoes and hang up your coats before heading into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Stylish and comfortable, yet tastefully decorated with a selection of vintage and modern furniture. This is the perfect space for socialising all together but also to relax and unwind with the roaring wood burner creating a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could need in order to rustle up a hearty meal. There is also a cloakroom with WC at the end of the entrance hallway. Upstairs plays host to 3 comfortable, stylishly furnished bedrooms as well as the shower room. Choose between a beautiful wallpapered king size room or eggshell wood panelled Master Bed with a Super King bedroom and a room with single bunk beds, offering something to suit everyone.

Heading outside, the front of the property has beautifully planted trees, hedging and flowerbeds as well as seating where you can watch the world go by. To the rear of the property, there is an enclosed courtyard style garden space with outside seating that can be accessed via the kitchen, making it the ideal spot for some alfresco dining.
