No 3 Monkbar Mews is a newly renovated duplex apartment tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. To the ground floor there is a open plan living/dining and kitchen area with Bi-fold doors leading out onto the patio, along with 2 double bedrooms with super king size beds and ensuite shower rooms. To the second level is a further bedroom with a super king size bed and a bathroom with a shower over. All the bedrooms have wall mounted TVs. Parking is available for £10 per night in the onsite car park.

Beautiful property but is a little tired in some areas. One window didn’t open and one the floor is damaged. The location though made up for that it was perfect for everything in York.
