“Well equipment,clean and perfect location downtown Moab.” My only complaint would be better direction as to the location of the unit. We arrived very late and had a difficult time finding our unit. Need to inform guests that there are units located inside the complex.

“Wonderful place” We truly enjoyed staying in Moab Flats #1. It was the perfect place for my husband, son and me to begin our adventures into Arches and Canyonlands NP. The location is just 1/2 a block from the main street in Moab. We could walk to many restaurants and even to the place where we took our Hummer Tour. We could drive to Arches in about 5 minutes and Canyonlands in about 30-40 if I'm remembering correctly. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great Location” My daughter and I came to mountain bike. Having access to the bike barn and cleaning station in the back was a huge plus so we didn't have to leave our bikes on the car overnight. We also took advantage of the hot tub to erase the effects of 10-hour days in the saddle. The unit had everything we needed to eat-in and was easy walking distance to main street so we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat-out. All in all, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property, access to parking and proximity to shops and dining.

“Great Location close to National Parks” Great location close to National Parks and walking distance to main street of Moab. Unit was clean and comfortable. Only down side - during our stay Friday-Monday, guest in other units were partying until after 1:00 AM on Saturday night. We had one sleepless night. We would come back and rent one of the Moab Flat units but would avoid week-ends.

“Moab Flats #5 - Excellent 1br. Vacation Rental in Central Moab” Nicely appointed vacation rental apartment that had sleeping for 4 adults (1 king, 2 twin beds). Full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Everything was very new and in excellent working order. Super clean and very comfortable. We stayed only 1 night, but this would be perfect for a longer stay. Only negative (that didn't bother me but might irritate a light sleeper) was that the central air conditioner was fairly loud. Would definitely recommend this location to friends or family.

“Great Place” A different lodging arrangement, for sure, but we loved it. The cabin was well appointed and comfortable, and the setting was gorgeous. Our favorite part, however, was having a temporary goat farm at our back porch and Boy (the ranch dog) deciding to join us on our morning runs.

“Very Comfortable” We enjoyed being able to kick back and relax after a day out on the 4x4 trails. The kitchen was very nicely equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of linens, and the whole place was very well kept. We had a minor issue at the end of our stay, the lock on the front door broke and we had not been given a garage door opener, but property management came out to try and solve the problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great Stay!” We stayed in the Ranch House at Pack Creek Ranch over Easter weekend 2014. Our stay was great and we will return in the future! The Ranch house has three bedrooms, two with two queens and one with a king. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are also two twins in the dining room, odd placing, but I guess they want to use the space to house as many guests as they can. We did not sleep comfortably the first night because the house was freezing. It was truly our own fault because we were unaware that we had to turn the thermostat up. I work at a hotel and we perform a check-in checklist for every arrival into the hotel. When we do that we turn the thermostat up or down depending on the season so the guests are comfortable upon arrival. Once that was figured out, we slept great the last two nights. We were very pleased with the kitchen. The kitchen has more than enough silverware and all of the cookware you could possibly need. We loved the fact that we were able to prepare each days meal in advance and dinner at night. The dining room has a large table and we took advantage of that space each day. The hot tub is located only a number of steps from the home and was cleaned daily by a maintenance person. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not open, but the sauna made up for that. My only complaint is that there really is only one shower. There is a large bathroom space that housed a bathtub, toilet and sink. With five of us in the house, it would have been nice to have an extra shower. None of us took advantage of taking a bath while we were there as we got ready and out of the house early each morning. We did like the fact that there were three separate toilets. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding in each room. This place was great and we are already looking at dates in September so that we can take my girls. The price is right for the amount of space you get and the drive is worth it!

“A Nice Stay” My family and I, all 6 of us, stayed in Moab from June 30th through July 3rd. We found the rental extremely clean and better than we had expected. We chose this rental over 2 rooms at the Hampton Inn in downtown Moab. The residence was in a quiet place on the outer edge of the city and off the main drag where we could enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Water pressure was good, all electrical, appliances worked perfectly. We would rent the unit we chose again.

“Good value” The room was great with plenty of space. It was convenient to have the kitchen. The only con was the lack of air circulation in the front room. We were there in mid-July with temperatures in the high 90s to low 100s during the day. The window air conditioning units just did not cut it because the air did not circulate which made for uncomfortable sleeping in the front room. However, I would still recommend this unit and would stay there again. I would love to visit in the fall or spring next time.
